Danny Simpson today signed a three year deal with Newcastle United after being on loan with the side since earlier in the season.

The fee has been described as “undisclosed” but is thought to be enough to pay off at least one week and possibly two week’s worth of the debt interest currently hanging around our neck like a John Terry tackle.

Perhaps this is the answer? Loan all of the reserves out, save on their wages, and then sell them to the loaners for a couple of million?
